To ensure that we can deliver the best possible service to you, we often require upfront payments for materials and labor before commencing work. These upfront payments are used to secure the necessary materials and to compensate our team for the time and effort involved in preparing for and delivering the services.
Due to the custom nature of materials and labor involved, we cannot accept returns or refunds once the materials have been purchased or the labor has been performed. This includes, but is not limited to:
Specially ordered materials or custom items that are unique to your project.
Labor costs for services already rendered or scheduled.
Once our team has completed the work or services, we are unable to issue a refund for the following reasons:
Materials: Once materials have been purchased or ordered specifically for your project, they cannot be returned or refunded. These materials are tailored to your specific needs.
Labor: Work that has been performed, whether it’s part of a larger project or completed in full, cannot be refunded. The time, effort, and expertise invested by our team cannot be undone.
If you wish to cancel your service before work begins, please notify us at least [Insert number of days, e.g., 48 hours] prior to your scheduled appointment. In this case, we may be able to issue a partial refund, depending on the materials already purchased and any labor preparations made.

In certain circumstances, such as in cases where a service was not provided according to the agreed-upon specifications or was performed negligently, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. These cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
